We prioritize our animals’ well-being. During this phase, we thoroughly assess all applications to ensure your resident pets are receiving proper medical care, including annual preventative measures. All animals in the home must be up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered. For cats, this includes FVRCP and rabies vaccinations. For dogs, this includes DHLPP (distemper) and rabies vaccinations
